RETURN POLICY

SHOULD I KEEP OR EXCHANGE MY SHOES?

If it fits big: Can you fit more than 1 finger? If yes, exchange to a smaller size. Can you fit more than 1 finger? If not, add a heel liner or heel pad. Note: You don’t want your shoes to fit too snugly because your feet will swell by the end of the night.

If it fits tight: Try again in the evening. If it feels tighter, exchange to a bigger size. If it feels the same, wear thick socks to stretch the shoes. EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

Unless specified in the listing, you may NOT return any new, or worn items as they are custom made especially wedding shoes. It is better to consult sizing before doing any purchase and visit size guide.

To return, items must be in their original packaging within 5 working days of delivery receipt for exchange or refund. This means the items must be received back to our facility within 20 days of the order being delivered to you. For shoes, they must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. We advise our customers to try on shoes on carpeted areas to prevent accidental damage. If shoes are returned with signs of wear (e.g., scuff marks, toe stains, sole indentations, etc.), we will not be able to process the exchange / return.

Refer to the return form that is enclosed in your package and head over to our return portal to receive an authorized return packing slip. Please include the packing slip inside the package so that we can accurately process your exchange / return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges / returns to be processed after you have sent the item back. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. It may take longer for international orders due to shipping time. We will notify you via email of your refund or exchange tracking number once we’ve received and processed the item. If you need to exchange your items urgently, it is often faster to place a new second order and then send your original order back as a return following the return policy. Please be advised that the return portal may not show applied discount codes in the estimate. However, refunds and exchange price differences will be issued with discount codes applied.

For orders made through a third party retailer, please contact the retailer. Yaniv Persy reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or returns that do not meet our conditions. Refused returns will be sent back to the mailing address on file. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by our store policies.

Transaction cancellation policy is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law – Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancellation of a transaction), 2010-771 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981-5771

HOW TO SEND:

*For US customers, we offer free standard shipping to ship the exchange to you. Return shipping costs are not included. You can purchase a DHL shipping label through our return portal, or use your preferred shipping method. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping the exchange items to you. We’ll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you received an item you believe is defective, please email us at online@yanivpersy.com with a photo of the shoes so that we can assist you further.

RESTOCKING FEES:

*Returns of 3 or more items are subject to a restocking fee of $12/pair of shoes and bags, and $6 per pair/piece for jewelry and other accessories. Purchases made using our store gift cards / gift certificates are only eligible for exchange of equal value.
