SHIPPING POLICY

Taxes and duties are included in the final price at checkout. Customers shipping to Turkey, the price at checkout does not include duties and

 taxes.We provide free standard shipping within the US and free express shipping internationally. We require processing time of 1-2 business days

In stock orders can be expected to arrive within approximately 3-12 business days with standard shipping. Express shipping orders arrive within approximately 2-4 business days from the date the order was placed. Please note these postage times are an estimation only and dependent on the USA Post offices.Small delays may be expected in peak periods such as Christmas or bank holidays , Easter and all US standard public holiday

We are responsible for your order from the time it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you, responsibility at this point is then passed on to you.

A signature is required upon delivery, if you’re not home when your order is delivered the courier will leave a card letting you know they attempted delivery.

Please make sure you arrange to collect your parcel within 4-5 business days, after that your item(s) will be returned to us and will have to be re-ordered. In this instance, a refund for your purchase amount will be issued back into your account, less a $20.00 re-stocking and shipping fee.

Once an order has been placed, an automated email will be sent to you including order confirmation details. You will then be sent a subsequent email 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + RETURNS

When purchasing with us, please note that the shipment cost calculated at checkout does not include customs, duties and taxes if any . The customer is responsible for these fees if applicable upon arrival of the order. If you are unsure if you will be liable for customs, duties and taxes, please research prior to purchasing. Please note these fees are unique to each country. 

International orders are sent with UPS|DHL express to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

If you wish to return your order for a refund, please note you will be liable for all shipment costs associated. To ensure you have the best experience with us, please ensure you contact our support team online@yanivpersy.com with any size or style enquiries you may have prior to proceeding with your purchase. 

All returns, whether it be for an exchange or refund must be authorised by our support team. We have a strict return policy for returns, you must contact our team within immediately after receiving your order.

We will happily provide a refund or if the shoes purchased are the wrong colour, do not fit or perhaps are not what you expected. You will need to contact   online@yanivpersy.com   prior to proceeding with the return. Detailed instructions regarding the return postage process will be provided upon contact.

All returns will need to be posted back to YANIV PERSY at the expense of the customer.

In some circumstances where the shoes have been kept in almost perfect condition, YANIV PERSY has the right to decline refind if necessary if the shoes or jewelry arrived defective or stained.

 Rules of Return Checklist

• Contact has been made with our team within 5 days of receiving the shoes.
• The shoes are in original purchase condition and are unworn and unmarked, with all original packaging material included in the box.
• The shoes are accompanied with the original purchase receipt/order confirmation.

To current customers: If you have received a notification from the carrier (i.e. your local post office, UPS, or DHL) that they were unable to deliver the package to you at the first attempt, please contact them to arrange for a re-delivery. 

If your order contains 3 or more pairs, signature upon delivery is required.

The shipping rates are weight-based.  The weight of any item can be found on its detail page.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

To get estimated rates and delivery times (from shipping date), please add your selection to your shopping cart and enter your mailing address.  Please note that the quoted delivery times are not a guarantee, and may vary based on your location.

we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages so please be sure your address is a valid and secure address.  

DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES)

Unless otherwise noted, we ship our items within 2-5 business days of cleared payment during business days.  Domestic orders will be shipped with tracking numbers and delivery confirmation but without insurance. 

Expedited Shipping:  We offer expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air.  Please allow at least 1 day of handling, and 2 days of transit for your package to reach your destination.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDES CANADA)

We provide free express shipping worldwide (yay!!). We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions in some countries, and some footwear cannot be shipped to international destinations. Unless otherwise noted, we ship our items within 2-4 business days of cleared payment. Delivery time is usually within 3-12 business days after it ships.

We offer free express shipping to all our international customers. Minimum spend may be required to qualify for free express shipping worldwide. Duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, so there is no surprise charges. Let us do all the legwork for your hassle-free shopping.

PACKAGE REFUSAL

We do not recommend refusing the package, as your package may be considered abandoned if not paid for. Abandoned packages will not be returned to YANIV PERSY, and, therefore, are not eligible for a return/exchange. If you refuse a package and, in the rare case that we receive it back, you will be charged a package refusal fee of $90. Please note that this charge is only to help cover the partial costs associated with the package refusal fee from the shipping carrie
